Currently on the look for a Helpdesk Analyst to join a thriving team in the FinTech/Insurance space on an initial 3 month contract.

Exceptional experience in Customer ServiceAwareness of ITILTechnical knowledge of Lotus Notes, Windows Active Directory, Windows 7, Windows 10, Office 365, Citrix, ZendeskSolid understanding of PC, hardware, software, mobile devices, printers etc.Experience with an Incident Management / Call Logging systemIdeal candidate
