Service Asset and Configuration Manager - Birstall

Permanent - £30-40K

Monday to Friday - 09:00 - 17:00Reed Technology are working with a leading managed services provider to recruit a Service Asset and Configuration Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This opportunity will involve working on a large public sector managed service account within a SIAM model.Key Duties:* Definition and ownership of 3 tier hierarchical processes for both Service Asset and Configuration Management.

* Ownership of the processes from end-to-end across all Service Towers within the target operating model.

* Ensuring the removal of SILO's.

* CMDB Management.

* Asset relationship mapping.About You:* Experience of service delivery in a SIAM model or at least fully aware and bought into the principles of SIAM.

* Process ownership on services delivered to external customers.

* Strong data analysis skills utilising Service Now and Excel.

* Service Asset and Configuration experience.
