Due to strategic changes in the business they now require a Quality Manager to join the teamIn this role you will work closely with the Health and Safety Director and business partners, to support improvements of operational efficiency and performance across the construction sector. You will be leading and preparing the company for audits, assessments and inspections from all accreditation bodies and customers. You will be promoting the effective use of Quality Management and HSE Assurance tools.This role would be ideal for someone from a client services background.The Role:

* Quality Management (Construction - Health and Safety)

* Supporting HSQE Director with improving operational efficiency and performance

* Identifying and implementing ways to optimise the operational model

* Identifying and developing the Quality Team structure

* £50'000 - £55'000 + Car, Bonus, Training, Development, Progression and Excellent BenefitsThe Candidate

* Proven experience of Quality Management

* Knowledge of ISO 14001/27001/9001 OHSAS 18001 standards

* Excellent project management and time management skills
