Due to strategic changes in the business they now require a Head of HSQ, to support the Health and Safety Director with operational performances.In this role you will work closely with company directors and business partners, to ensure that work activities are executed to a high standard and prioritised appropriately according to the business needs. You will quantify and reduce the occurrence of accidents and incidents. You will mentor and Coach the HSQE team and supporting divisions and you will develop the overall safety culture across all divisions.This role would be ideal for someone from a client services background.

The Role:

* Head of Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental

* Supporting HSQE Director with Strategic and Operational performances

* Manage a Health and Safety training programme

* Preparing the company for audits, assessments and inspections from all accreditation bodies and customers

* £65'000 - £70'000 + Car, Bonus, Training, Development, Progression and Excellent BenefitsThe Candidate:

* Proven experience of leading a Health and Safety team

* Knowledge of ISO 14001/27001/9001 OHSAS 18001 standards

* Ability to inspire and motivate people
