SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST, SC CLEARED, LONDONTHIS IS A PUBLIC SECTOR ROLE AND HAS BEEN DEEMED INSIDE OF IR35 My client, a leader in the public sector, is seeking an experienced senior business analyst to work from its London based offices. This exciting role will involve: Conduct analysis across the Network Work with Project and Programme Managers to define and plan appropriate design activity in line with scopeLead the design workstream of complex projects and programmes to design effective operating model solutions for complex projects and programmes within the Change Pillar portfolioLead on all levels of business design (conceptual, logical and physical), working closely with stakeholders across the CT Policing Network to produce relevant and appropriate design artefactsConduct analysis activity to identify, collect, organise and analyse appropriate data to ensure designs are evidence based and realise the identified benefitsWork with the Strategic Design Authority to ensure designs align to CTP design principles and wider strategic direction as articulated in the CTP Network Target Operating Model (TOM) All applicants must demonstrate the following skills: Experience in leading business analyst activity using formal methodologies and approaches, including collecting and analysing complex data in order to provide concise and meaningful recommendations.Experience in supporting the development of business requirements.Experience in leading the formulation of detailed operating model design artefacts, such as governance models, organisational structures, process maps and policies.Experience of working with senior stakeholders within a large organisation including managing expectations and dealing with conflicting requirements and priorities.Experience of working in a policing and/or security environment. Experience of building confidence with stakeholders and relationships at all levels. Experience of working in a challenging, change-driven environment.
