Your Role
Responsible for the accurate evaluation and translation of complex business requirements, including the integration of third party and/or legacy solutions into solution design documents for presentation to the software development team.
You are required to proactively seek clarification as required and to create all documentation in a timely manner and to the highest possible standards.
You are aware of and follow industry-best-practice when eliciting and specifying requirements for business change. Your process-flows, UML diagrams and application system specifications will be produced in an explicit and consistent manner.
You will clearly identify and, in conjunction with the development team, coordinate the execution of agreed testing plans and issue remediation in line with the detailed requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Analysis of business process to create requirement documents and specifications in line with HHub 2 product functionalityWork with all global business areas to deliver high quality, effective software in line with our agile software development processBecome a trusted advisor to key stakeholders within the businessClose liaison with the developer and QA analysts within the development teamClose liaison with project managers and other change stakeholdersImplementation and adaptation of analysis tools and methodologiesDefine and agree criteria for change success, ensure that solutions delivered align with business and IT strategiesPrioritisation of tasks ensuring workload is managed, drive changes to conclusionProactively identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiativesAdhere to best working practices as defined by industry standards
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Excellent communication skills and able to conduct video calls with contacts worldwideAt least 3 years experience within an application delivery environment
At least 2 years' experience of business process modelling with UMLExperience of working within an agile/scrum/iterative environment
Excellent ability to write effective routine business correspondenceThe desire and capability to grow in process and technical expertiseExperience of print management is desirable
Must be eligible to work in the UK
Desirable Knowledge, Skills & Experience

ISEB Business Analysis Certification (or equivalent)Knowledge of .Net/Microsoft development technologies and toolingExperience of print management
