Junior IT/ Application Support (ERP) - TamworthJob DescriptionMy client is a expansive, UK group of companies with a leading reputation in their field, and fantastic growth prospects for the future. With a host of exciting plans for their IT in the coming years, and huge company investment in technology, my client is looking to add to the fantastic UK IT team with a Junior Application Support Analyst. This is a brilliant opportunity for a candidate offering 1-2 years IT support experience to implement their skills in a forward-thinking, nurturing technology environment - offering the chance to learn new skills, gain exposure to exciting project, and organically grow through my clients IT department. LocationTamworth, Staffordshire office basis Role & Responsibilities 1st/ 2nd line support analysis of software applications - primarily ERP/ Finance & HR systems Troubleshooting system issues via telephone and face to face Project analysis work for new upgrades, integration and process improvement projects
