AE - Analog Mixed Signal IC DesignYou are an Analog Mixed Signal IC Designer but want to move into a customer facing role? This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned Analog Mixed Signal IC Designer to apply their expertise in IC design flows and development tools in a customer facing role in a market leading provider of IC design development solutions.As dedicated Applications Engineer you will work with some of the most technically demanding IC design development solutions and leading-edge process technologies providing customers advise on the right solution for their requirements including resolving customers design challenges.You responsibilities will include adoption of design flows and associated methodologies from concept to successful deployment through design environment assessments and consulting services and advise on direct best practices of the tools through a standard customer support infrastructure. You will not be involved in Analog Mixed Signal IC Design at all in the role.You will use your strong technical understanding of the complete Analog Mixed Signal IC Design flow from previous employment as Analog Mixed Signal IC Designer and rive best practices and lessons learned from training deliveries, tool benchmarks and customer interactions back into product development and the AE team. You will work on improving existing design methodologies and develop new methodologies for tool solutions and services.To be selected for this Application Engineering opportunity you are industry qualified and have several years of experience in Analog Mixed Signal IC design flow in a Cadence environment, Unix environments as well as knowledge of Skill, C and other programming languages and a passion for technology development, a feeling for communication and people in a technical context as well as for business.You must be fluent in English and will have to travel within the DACH region and eastern Europe on occasion.
