Senior Service Desk Analyst - Circa £27k

Eastleigh, Hampshire

A leading EPOS, payment and loyalty solutions provider with international clients including well know supermarkets and convenience retailers are looking for a Service Desk Technical Lead to join the company.

This is a Senior Technical Role within the Services Team and there will be a requirement for supporting the helpdesk on a rota basis. The helpdesk needs to be manned 24 hours a day.

Role Overview

As the successful Senior Service Desk Analyst, you will be providing expert knowledge to the sales support team and working with product managers to ensure easy and smooth transitions with installations. You will be providing high level technical support.

Salary: Circa £27k
