Join our new Data Science & Analytics Graduate Programme cohort starting in September 2020! Following the huge success of our inaugural Data Science Programme in 2019, we are now recruiting for the Welsh Data Science & Analytics Graduate Programme starting in September 2020. Our existing graduates have set a high bar - and our employer consortium continue to be impressed by the calibre of talent on the programme.

This programme was built upon the successful Welsh Financial Services Programme, which has recruited over 155 graduates to date and enabled 98% of graduates to secure permanent roles in their chosen career path and preferred employer within the consortium.

This 2-year unique Programme offers a distinct opportunity to sample a range of different career paths that use data science and analytics to research and enhance business performance, along with customer experience and outcomes. We work with employers with an open, inclusive and welcoming culture. The Participating employers include corporates such as Admiral Group, Atradius, Centrica, Confused.com, LexisNexis, PricewaterhouseCoopers Principality Building Society, Vauxhall Finance, and high growth, small to medium sized businesses including Optimum Credit, Hodge Bank, Talent Ticker and Amber Energy. Building upon the impressive results so far, we are looking for outstanding graduates who are looking to gain an accelerated experience, working with organisations with varying stages of Data Science maturity, contributing to real world projects combined with academic excellence.
