Project ManagerWarwick£35'000 + car + Pension + Holiday Excellent opportunity for a project manager from a retail or shop fitting background to join a market leader who will offer you a varied, technically challenging role and further opportunities to progress.Based in Wales this Industry leader provides on-site maintenance to all the major supermarkets such as Tesco, ASDA and Marks and Spencer. The have grown and have taken on new contracts and because of this are looking to bring in experienced engineers to stay within the business long termThe role of the Project Manager is to be part of the Project Management team in delivering Projects to quality, programme and budget whilst providing customer support to the sales team.This role involves actively co-ordinating internal resources and departments to achieve project delivery including controlling the project timelines and milestones and keeping internal / external stakeholders informed.The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience of Project Management within the retail or shop fitting industry, Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety requirements for on-site operations and Demonstrable track record of strong leadership and excellent project management.This is a great role for a project manager to join a company where you will play a major part in their growth and development.The role:*Direct and manage project development from beginning to end*Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders*Effective communication to team members and stakeholders*Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals*Draft and submit budget proposals*Oversee recruitment needs for additional staff*Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders*Plan, schedule and track project timelines.*Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.*Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members The person: * Minimum of 5 years' experience of Project Management within the retail or shop fitting industry*Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety requirements for on-site operations.*Demonstrable track record of strong leadership and excellent project management.This vacancy is being advertised by Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd.
