Customer Support Consultant L2 / London / 6 month contract / £160 per day

One of our leading clients is currently seeking a Customer Support Consultant

Role: Customer Support Consultant L2

Location: London

Rate: £160 per day

Contract: 6 month contract

This role focuses on product operations to optimize and support how product features for apps and games are brought to market. This entails outreach at every stage of the product lifecycle from early testing to scaled adoption. Product Ops handle communications at every level from customized support with the largest developers to scaled outreach.

Responsibilities entail

- Knowledge of how apps and games work and familiarity with Play & Android;

- Experience troubleshooting and independently solving time-sensitive technical issues for customers at scale;

- Understanding of customer interactions in businesses of different size (small to large);

- Ability to professionally handle a large volume of written communications;

- Experience working with technical documentation;

- Proficiency with automated customer support tools.
