A major service provider within the Telecoms industry are seeking Project Managers to join their team on a permanent basis based in Tees Valley. If you have good Project Management experience, we want to hear from you. What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for managing engineering projects for the fibre broadband rollout for homes throughout the UK.As the business are currently going through a massive change, they are in need of Project Managers who are good at managing business change/change management.They will expect you to be focusing a lot on the project planning - rather than being reactive.You will be expected to understand the fundamentals of project management, as well as being Health & Safety conscious.You will need to have a good commercial understanding, as you will be working on the 2nd biggest infrastructure build in the UK.There will be no home-working in this position, as you will be required to be on site Mon-Fri from 8am to set up your team for the day. Of course, as time goes on, there will be flexibility around this.You will report into the Senior Project Manager.What skills/experience should you have?:Qualified by time-served or to Apprenticeship level.Strong problem solving experience - ability to get to the root cause with no assistance.
