"Show them the ropes ". What does that even mean? Well the phrase originates from sailing ships. A sailor needs to get to grips with complicated rope systems in the rigging. An experienced sailor would show the new sailor how it's done.You don't think "showing someone the ropes" is enough. You aren't interested in people knowing just enough to do their job. We need a recruitment sales trainer who shows up to work with this mindset.
You're an experienced trainer or have had a successful career in recruitment. You're ready to use your experience to help others realise their potential.
What you will do
Work as part of a team of three trainersTake ownership for the learning and development of our contract recruitersDesign and deliver specific training programs for the contract marketProvide one-to-one practical coaching sessionsWork with other teams to develop additional training for sales teamsAs the world's first Investors in People Platinum company we've set benchmarks.
