We are looking for a number of passionate network engineers with a genuine interest in self improvement to join an exciting operations centre.You will be joining a team with a proven track record for investing in their employees, with a huge training budget and an impressive number of Cisco certified individuals.
The Role
You will be providing technical support and managed services to a variety of customers through the use of secure network technologies. The primary responsibilities will be to provide a personal service to customers, by delivering outcomes in line with key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs) and committed delivery dates.
You will require a deep level of technical understanding in your chosen field. Utilising your previous background and evolving technical ability to resolve technical incidents, service requests, changes or problem
We are looking for candidates with strong problem solving skills, with an interest in not just troubleshooting problems, but also coming up with innovative long term solutions. You will need to e nsure continued development of product knowledge, known issues and troubleshooting techniques throughout the support teams.
Key Skills
A bacgkround in a systems integrator 3rd line support environment as a highly skilled technical engineer.
Knowledge of MCS products, customer IT systems and applications.
Previous work across the service lifecycle, supporting and costing bids as a subject matter expert.
Possess a deep level technical knowledge of at least one of - F5 Load balancers / Checkpoint, Routing and switching and security technologies.
