Network Security AdministratorMy client is a major Investment company and looking to grow their Network Security team. You will be responsible for support and administration of next-generation firewall, IDS, URL filtering, and other related technologies.
Responsibilities:Operations support for next-generation perimeter security devices.Responsible for up-time, reliability, stability and policy maintenance of supported systems.Monitors applications, including setting alerts to maintain the stability of the environment and applications, monitoring error logs, and automating administration tasks wherever possible.Serves as key person in troubleshooting system problems, taking ownership of problems to resolution.Maintains current description and documentation of policy configuration, including tracking and documenting any changes to policies.Analyses performance trends to optimize system performance.Essential Skills:Strong network security background required.Knowledge of NAT, transparent deployments, IDS/IPS, URL inspection, HTTPS decryption, and anti-virus.Next gen firewall environments.
