Platform Automation Engineer / DevOps (CI/CD PowerShell Automation C# .Net Octopus Deploy). Would you like to work on complex and challenging systems and make a real impact at a global FinTech whilst developing your skills and enjoying a good work / life balance?

As a Platform Automation Engineer / DevOps you'll focus on building automation systems to support software development teams to continuously deliver new features and improvements to the real-time trading platform. You'll automate wherever possible to reduce build times and automated test times and own the day-to-day responsibilities for the CI/CD pipeline; minimising / eliminating the cost of releases and ensuring Source Control scales to accommodate larger teams.

You will also evangelise Automation throughout the company, contributing to knowledge sharing sessions with other technical teams across the business and pro-actively identifying opportunities for improvement.

You'll be based in the City with a collaborative software house environment, modern open plan offices with free breakfast, drinks and snacks and quiet break out areas; you can also enjoy a good work / life balance with flexible working.

Requirements:

Indepth understanding of CI/CD systems

Strong scripting skills with PowerShell, bash also nice to have

Advocate of automating processes

Familiar with Windows, C# .Net development environments

Collaborative, keen to learn, share knowledge and discuss ideas
