I.T Support Team Leader - Up to £33,000 - Wilmslow Nigel Frank is working with one of it's most exciting clients in the North West to help find someone who will fill their Support Team leader vacancy to lead their internal team to improve their systems, resolve problems and improve their infrastructure. Desktop support experience and management experience is essential. This position will give you the chance to be a part of an exciting team that has plans to grow in the future and develop its staff's careers even further. The company's support is based primarily around Microsoft products and will give you exposure to a wide range of technology, including cloud. Having experience with a wide range of infrastructure tools will leave you in a very good position to succeed in this role. You will manage the support team and have a wide range of duties including: creating reports, ensure service agreements are met and also act as an escalation point when required. A solid technical basis is necessary as well: experience with Office 365, VMWare and some knowledge of networking would be advantageous.
