Test Engineer - RF/Microwave Design / AWR Microwave Office / Keysigh ADS / MatLAB / CAD Tools / CST Microwave Studio / SC Clearance / Contract / 6-12 Months / Edinburgh / East Midlands

The Client:

The client is a well established company based in Edinburgh or the East Midlands. They are currently recruiting for a Test Engineer to join their business on a contract basis.

The Role/ Requirements:

*Support Customer design team involved in RF/ Microwave Design and development

*Experience of some of the following; Microwave PCB materials & design techniques; Microwave Sub-System Design; Knowledge of microwave power amplifier design & technology; Design of complex microwave switch matrix; Application of microwave GaAs/GaN MMIC; Design of complex passive microwave structures; EM 3D and 2D simulation techniques; Non-linear circuit simulation; Microwave component selection

*Working knowledge of AWR Microwave Office, Keysight ADS, Matlab and CST Microwave Studio

*Current SC clearance would be advantageous

*Must be eligible for SC clearance
