1st Line/ 2nd Line/ IT Technician/ Support Technician/ Nottingham/ £11-13.45/hour (PAYE/Umbrella)I am currently working with a Public Sector client in Nottingham who requires multiple Service Support Technicians to assist in a large deployment project.
You will be required to go out to the different site and provide desk side support/training to the users. You should have good technical knowledge to be able to help but also experience of customer facing support. Also prepare training materials to assist the users.
