Technical Support - Helpdesk/Deskside Experis are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious blue-chip organisation based in Canary Wharf for a Technical Support Analyst to join them on a permanent basis to provide high-level support for Office 365, mobile devices & computer related hardware. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be part of a walk-up IT support centre - assisting our client to minimise downtime for their employees in a fast-paced, detail orientated environment. Typical responsibilities include assisting with hardware testing, diagnostics & repairs, completing administrative tasks such as access database administration, deploying equipment & managing hardware inventory, and supporting software issues, connectivity issues and mobile devices. If you're a customer-focused IT professional with exceptional communication and technical skills and you're looking for a new challenge, we'd like to hear from you.
