The Learning Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintenance, support and enhancement of critical RVC learning systems and digital learning technologies. You will play a key role in supporting the implementation of a variety of digital pedagogies to increase learner performance and engagement. You will play a key role in developing and delivering services which enable students to thrive at RVC. You will have a track record of success in educational design, student learning development, and VLE administration whilst being comfortable working as part of a project-based team. You will be enthusiastic, highly organised and used to working in a fast-paced environment that is responsible for the design, delivery, support and evaluation of a variety of learning solutions and interventions for staff and students. You will also have experience of data-informed service delivery and be familiar with developing learning analytics to inform student engagement initiatives.
