Office 365 SpecialistWe are seeking an Office 365 Specialist to join a multi-award-winning software provider based in Bourne End, a job in which you'll drive the adoption of Office 365 applications across the organisation and provide advice on the skills and knowledge needed to support these in the future. The successful Office 365 Specialist will have 3 main areas of responsibility; ensuring the business is running at maximum efficiency, service delivery, and documentation and internal system updates.As the Office 365 Specialist, you'll be key in defining policies around best practise for the use of all Office 365 products within the business, delivering high-quality training to all employees using the applications and providing an excellent level of service to the internal customer you support on a daily basis. You'll also work with individual teams to understand their requirement and provide advice and guidance on additional features, such as Forms, Flow, and PowerApps, as well as with third-party providers to ensure everyone is getting the best from the products.In the Office 365 Specialist job, you will demonstrate:Expert knowledge of Office 365 and cloud-based line of applications.Confidence in holding training courses for the instruction of employees on how to use Office 365 applications.Knowledge in End User Computing, client deployment and configuration.Knowledge of ISO27001 and ISO22301 (desirable).This is an excellent opportunity for an Office 365 Specialist to join and make a huge impact at a massively successful business, so if this sounds like the job for you don't hesitate and apply now!
