As a member of the team you will inspire the team to keep quality, performance and customer experience at the forefront of everything that we do:Develop high quality and performance software using agile practices such as pair programming and TDDContribute to the technical direction of the teamDrive best technology and software development practices into the team with passion and enthusiasmPassionate about your work and committed to helping the team improveAssist analysts and business stakeholders in shaping, estimating and planning new requirementsRelease and support in the live environmentStrive for continuous improvement within the teamTake an active role in Story definition, assisting QA's and business stakeholders with Acceptance criteriaParticipate in regular showcases of new work to business stakeholdersReact Native Developer Requirements:Strong working knowledge & experience with React-Native or React.JS (or a strong desire to learn)Experience with TDD / BDD and Experience of Mocking FrameworksPair-Programming experience - This will be required as part of your day-to-day roleParticipating in technical interviews for new future talent for the team.Comfortable with version control systems (Specifically but not limited to GIT)Strong problem solving and analytical skillsExperience of agile development practicesComfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBachelors' degree or equivalent industry experienceExperience of software development for high capacity, high traffic, high availability websites / systemsIf you believe you'd be suited , please submit your CV at the first instance.
