As an experienced 2nd line IT support Analyst you will ideally have experience in ITIL and ideally will have some knowledge of exchange server.

My client are investing significantly in IT upgrades and implementations so you will get plenty of opportunity to work on upgrades and implementations as well as BAU technical support.
