Project/ Senior Quantity SurveyorLocation: Birmingham

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Benefits: Car Allowance, Pension, Healthcare, HolidayProject/ Senior Quantity Surveyor Summary:Are you a Project Quantity Surveyor looking for an opportunity to step up to Senior?A well-established, Birmingham based Main Contractor are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor, who has ideally worked on Education or public sector projects, to join their team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Initially, you will work on 2 stage tender pre-construction works of a £25mil Education scheme, followed by delivery phase of project in 12 months

An understanding or some experience of Cost Planning, Two Stage Tenders and Design is preferred.Project/Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements:- Experience working on Education or Public Sector projects

- Experience in Commercially Leading projects with values £10m+

- Main Contractor background
