Senior Quantity SurveyorLocation: Birmingham

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

Benefits: Car Allowance, Pension, Healthcare, HolidaySenior Quantity Surveyor Summary:A well-established, Birmingham based Main Contractor are looking for excellent surveyors who have ideally worked on Education or public sector projects.

Initially, you will work on 2 stage tender pre-construction works of a £25mil Education scheme, followed by delivery phase of project in 12 months

An understanding or some experience of Cost Planning, Two Stage Tenders and Design is preferred.Senior Quantity Surveyor Requirements:- Experience working on Education or Public Sector projects

- Experience in Commercially Leading projects with values £10m+

- Main Contractor background
