Document Automation Editor A global blue-chip software company that creates market leading document automation software are currently looking for a Document Automation Editor. The software that you will be working with provides lawyers with automated legal documents that significantly shorten the document drafting process.As a Document Automation Editor, you will be responsible for analysing legal documents to create questions for the drafting lawyer to answer. The answers to these questions automatically populate the document with key information and legal language.Key Responsibilities Liaise with legal editors to analyse standard documents and draft questions for optional text.Use the document automation software to input those questions into a document to automate it.Proofread drafted questions and ensure final output matches users' expectations.Test and update existing automated documents upon notification from legal editors.Respond to queries from customers and support internal teams, such as Sales, Marketing and Client Training.Assist in the verification of work of team for accuracy and completeness.Mandatory Skills and Experience RequiredExcellent English, both written and verbal.Comfortable working within a software environmentGood understanding of modern office technologies, especially Microsoft WordStrong learning agility. Able to learn quickly and apply knowledge to increasingly complex and changing work.Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contactsDetail-oriented with demonstrated analysis and problem-solving skillsService and business-orientationAbility to prioritize and stay focused while dealing with multiple assignments and tasks.Desirable Skills and Experience: Legal degree or law conversion courseFamiliarity with legal standard documentsExperience of content management systemsExperience with document assembly and document automation tools.
