My client are currently recruiting for a Resourcing Advisor to be based in Farnborough, Hampshire.

The new Resourcing Advisor will work within Resourcing CoE HR but be guided in the day to day by the requirements of the International HR team including HRBPs for International Projects, QTS and Functions who all carry hires in international locations.

Additionally the individual will provide added resilience to resourcing team. Specifically:Supporting global portal development - displaying opportunities

* Supporting the clients careers for international hiring

* International careers pages on Linked-In

* International graduate programme ( through EmergingTalent Res Partner)

* Reporting groupwide resourcing activity (not covered by RPO)

* International roll out of EVP employer branding.

Accountabilities of the role:

The Resourcing Advisor will ensure a professional and positive hiring experience both internally and externally against set requirement levels in a time bound and quality driven fashion. The role will also involve a shared responsibility to influence business leaders and oversee the work of resourcing administrators.

Specific responsibilities for which the post holder has a requirement to deliver:

* Ensure recruitment system is, up to date and being driven effectively for the area of responsibility.

* Accountable for summarising data with other role holders to generate consistent reports that can be used to obtain business buy-in and to assist decision making.

* Working with Resourcing Admin to improve processes driving through recommendations as necessary to raise the end user customer experience of the Resourcing cycle

* Responsibility for discreet projects/roles as appropriate increasingly within the international arena.

* Creating a positive candidate and line manager experience

* Posting jobs on internal system, web site and external job-boards and linked-in

* Sourcing candidates through all channels as required.

* Establishing best fit solution and channel choice for the roles/project as required.

* Tracking on-boarding and advising on best practice selection and screening process.

* Working with the wider team to manage supplier relationships and performance.

* Managing an efficient service despite periods of high activity

* Finding best solutions against difficult requirements.

* Engaging with a high calibre market.

* The flexibility required working odd hours at times as required on international projects.

* Managing internal expectations with a solution mind-set.

Essential:

* Experience in Resourcing in house either directly or through an MSP or MRO.

* Team player capable of working on own initiative

* Willingness to grow and develop skills
