Tim came to us from B&Q where he was working on the shop floor. Adam, was restoring classic cars for 10 years and Judith was a law graduate who decided to take a whole new path.

We're open to all backgrounds. You could be looking for a new challenge, a return to work parent or fresh from 6th form or University looking for that career-kick-start opportunity you might not have previously considered.

The Role:

You'll be joining Nick, our Head of Testing and his eCommerce Delivery Team.

You will be involved in the preparation of test cases, test scripts and will be required to execute tests both manually and where necessary using automated testing.

Nick has devised and mentors the most incredible 2 year training programme. Your journey will kick off with 6 weeks of core skills manual testing training, followed by a 4 month stint on the automation tools that test testing to a whole new level. At the end of the programme not only will you be ISTQB certified (International Software Testing Qualifications), but you would have had 4x pay rises (subject to performance) and be a valued asset to the team and some of the biggest eCommerce retailers out there.

About You:

We're looking for logical thinkers, who we are enthusiastic, focused, and have an eye for detail. With a strong work ethic, you'll be keen to learn and to find smarter ways of doing things. You like working in a fast-paced team environment and are ready to play your part in delivering outstanding online shopper experiences for consumers and brands, no matter what product, service, sector, device or channel!

Aside from a desire to succeed we're looking for an intelligent, numerate candidates with the ability to pick things up quickly. We'd also like to see a minimum of 2 A Levels (grade A-C) or equivalent.
