The Temporary Worker will provide junior management support and carry out administrative duties that are moderately complex. He or she will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgment in carrying out instructions, under general supervision.

Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:

* Preparing routine correspondence and checking that of others

* Compiling, verifying and reporting data

* Completing forms or reports

* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Typical qualifications and experience:

* Five GCSE passes at Grade C or above

* Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office

* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

* Ability to work as part of a team and be a proactive member of the unit

* Excellent attention to detail, flexible, adaptable and prepared to be 'hands-on'

* Polite, professional, customer-oriented manner

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 18 weeks.
