A global leading organisation based in the heart of London is currently recruiting for a BI Analyst who will assist with the administration and development of management information tools, and the provision of regular and ad-hoc reporting. You will implement tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights by leveraging data, visualisations and storytelling. We expect you to have strong logical reasoning skills and business acumen

We will require you to have experience with:

*Working within a BI team with a track record of on-time delivery and service excellence

*Working with large datasets using a variety of different tools (e.g. Excel and SQL)

*Business intelligence and data warehousing tools

*Knowledge and experience with change management/control

*Financial information - understand the concepts of basic accounting methods across the trial balance.

The role will include:

*Running of regularly reporting to support month end processes

*Creating ad-hoc reporting based on business needs

*Creating the data cycle from start to end - i.e. analysis of base system data, building ETLs, analysing data (exploratory reviews), creating a message (explanatory reviews) for decision making and leveraging with visualisations.

*Requirements:

Essential:

*A Batchelors degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics or in a related field is required otherwise an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

*Microsoft Excel O365 (Advanced)

*Advanced T-SQL or equivalent (experience using DDL and DML)

*VBA Advanced

*Keen eye for visualisations

*Experience with a BI application

*Experience with an ERP application
