Senior Salesforce AdministratorJob DescriptionThis position gives you the opportunity to join an established Salesforce team as a Senior member. The current team is made up of 5 members: 2 Administrators, 2 Developers and a Project Manager, and the company are on the search for senior Salesforce configuration specialists to bolster their resources.Within this role you will be working on both Sales and Service Cloud working on a complex system for 400 users that requires an expert to solve the most difficult issues. You will also be involved in the full migration from Salesforce Classic to Lightning, so this offers a fantastic chance to be involved in a complex migration from start to finish. The company are always keen to promote from within, with frequent examples of junior members now in Senior and Lead positions. This has helped to build a friendly and stable company environment.Role & ResponsibilitiesYou will be tasked with the end to end configuration of the most complex solutions across the whole Salesforce org, including creating workflows, pages and layouts, as well as validation rulesAs a senior member of the team, you will be involved in design elements of the system working closely with the Project ManagerYou will also help to support the companies user base with any issues that arise on the systemMentor junior members so that they are able to handle more complex problems regularly and effectivelyThe company are particularly keen to find a senior admin who is always looking to make improvements to the system that they are working on, so a pro-active thinking is essential!

Skills & QualificationsExpertise in Salesforce AdministrationEnd to end configuration experience including workflows, assignment rules, validation rules, role hierarchy, profiles, sharing, Visual Flow, Process Builders, etc.Salesforce certifications would be ideal, particularly Salesforce Administrator and Advanced AdministratorAny development knowledge of Apex and Visualforce would be welcomed, but is not a necessityBenefitsUp to £50k basic salaryPension schemeTraining assistance and time put aside for self-developmentRegular performance appraisals and salary reviews
