Your experience/skills:2+ years of working experience as Zendesk EngineerExpertise in planning and developing new web apps, especially Zendesk appsDegree in computer science or relevant work experienceStrong customer service skills along with organizational skillsLanguages: English, fluent in written and spoken, German is nice to have
