Senior Identity Access Management Analyst - Manchester WHAT TO EXPECTThe Senior Access Management Analyst will utilise existing systems to perform IAM functions and provide IAM-related support to business end users. This individual will also participate heavily in enhancements to the IAM program, including various new tools and system implementation projects. You'll works closely with IT teams, Enterprise, Connected Car, Risk Management, Human Resources, Business Domains and Managed Service Providers to ensure IAM processes adhere to defined standards while satisfying business requirements.WHAT TO EXPECTThis is a key role centrally in the IAM Team where you'll be required to asses and identify opportunities for improvement and assist in developing solutions. The position will also involve you developing, interpreting and presenting IT management information reports to operational and senior stakeholders to inform key business decision making.As you develop within the role there will be a requirement to interface with IT Management and Project Management counterparts on the project team (Architects, Developers, Network Planners, Strategists) to ensure technical details feed into the overall requirements for the projectYou'll be involved in all IAM related projects, required to support and assist colleagues in Project Management by ensuring that all the required work elements are tracked and monitored, as well as contribute to cross functional working with the wider Information Technology Management and Project Management community to deliver IT Management initiatives.WHAT YOU'LL NEEDThe role will require you to work collaboratively with other IT teams to configure IAM tools and systems - (Internal / External providers), as well as business users to ensure roles and processes meet business needs, while adhering to IAM standards. To succeed in this role, you'll have proven experience in a similar role in Information Management Technology, ideally gained within a large, complex organisation.We're looking for the ability to multi-task, work accurately at speed, balancing delivery of conceptual work with attention to detail and hands on delivery, therefore strong experience of IAM tools, processes and governance will be essential. Also, we're looking for a determined individual with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to develop relationships internally operations and externally with suppliers.You'll be an individual with a customer first mind-set who is easy to do business with and makes people feel special, driven to deliver experiences that are personalised, transparent and dependable. Finally, Able to challenge existing thinking in a positive way whilst building credibility and trust through experience and personal style.Performs tasks related to end user access, including user access provisioning, de-provisioning, and access modifications in various systems and applications working with Managed Service ProvidersLeads the User Access Review and Privileged Access programme across the organisationProvides Assurance on user access roles and entitlements, identifies entitlement inconsistencies and provides resolutionAnalyzes user access roles and security settings to independently assess compliance with defined standardsManages the SOD framework across the business and SOD exceptions processSupports User access recertification's, as defined by company policies & standardsPrepares or obtains user and system access reports and retains evidence of the data sourcePerform analyse, reconciliation and reporting on key IAM related systemsReviews and maintains department documentation to ensure it reflects current processes and proceduresImproves and/or automates existing processesWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU26 days annual leaveBonusStrong pensionCycle to work schemes & on-site gym facilitiesDiscounts on a range of company vehicles
