Job Title: NetSuite Business SpecialistLocation: Harlow, EssexSalary: Competitive, dependant on experiencePosition: Full Time, Permanent (42.5 hours per week)Role Overview:The aim of the role is to work with the Financial Director to ensure smooth implementation and running of the system, undertake NetSuite enhancement / innovation projects and use NetSuite and associated systems to help drive continuous improvements in efficiency and utilisation.Develop and run training to educate, enthuse and motivate staff to use NetSuite effectively and ensure compliance with agreed processes and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Customise NetSuite to reflect their growing and changing business following implementationJoin and contribute to the current "SuiteSuccess" implementation of the NetSuite applicationManage the ongoing administration of the NetSuite applicationDevelop dashboard analyticsControl access, authentication and authorisationSupport business users and managers by providing access to the data and information they needUse analytics to propose business improvementsSuggest initiatives to increase effectiveness and efficiency through process and system changes or innovationsThe successful Candidate will have/ be:Experience of building and maintaining interfaces between cloud and on-premise systems using an iPaaS tool or equivalentFamiliarity with SuiteCloud Developer Tools workflow management, application-level scripting, analytics, and web servicesTrack record of validation and testing of SuiteScript code, with demonstrable experience using controlled code execution such as step in, out and over, as well as execution logs, resolution of local variables, watches and break pointsWhat's on offer?A convenient work location next to Harlow train stationA friendly and welcoming work environmentDaily and monthly incentives including a prize wheel, time bank, office breakfast / lunch20 days holiday, plus 1 extra day of holiday for every year of service up to 25 A/L days.
