Our client is looking for a Helpdesk Advisor to join their Support Team on a temporary basis for 4 months to provide a very high standard of customer service, providing support and advice to all their customers. Our customers include Legal professionals, IT Teams, Suppliers and more. You will be responsible for the provision of first line support to their customers through direct customer contact over the telephone and email inboxes.The role will involve:Lifecycle management of customer queries and problemsAccurately recording all queries, prioritisation and classificationProviding accurate and comprehensive information to customers regarding Intelliworks and using computer-based systemLiaising with internal teams to ensure that all queries and requests are handled in a professional and timely mannerEnsuring that all agreed targets are met.Outbound calling of customers as directed for specific technical projectsYou should have previous frontline customer service experience with a genuine commitment to quality customer service, you should also have/be;Keyboard proficient with strong PC skillsKnowledge of basic Windows tools, including MS Office, and internet technologies, specially emails, web browsers and web-based search enginesOutstanding trouble shooting skillsStrong technical translation skills, to ensure you can accurately answer questions on productsExcellent written and oral communication skills, with a professional telephone mannerAbility to remain calm and positive when working in a pressurised environment This is 4 month temporary role.Please note that due to a high level of applications, we can only respond to applicants whose skills and qualifications are suitable for this position.
