Data Analytics Manager - £40,000 - Birmingham

I am looking for a Data Analytics Manager who is able to lead a team providing analysis to colleagues and external stakeholders. They will need to manage their team to provide insight to make sure work produced adds value to get the best out of the data internally.

Key responsibilities include:

*Leading a team of data analysts.

*Providing data services through different types of thematic reports or detailed analytical pieces.

*Matching the right techniques our outputs to business needs (this will be a critical part of your role) therefore the understanding of BI programmes and data science (which includes machine learning) and coding languages like "R" or "Python" will be beneficial.

*Working with stakeholders

*Being part of the management team allows you to input decisions into the team structure and organisation, business planning and promotion the work of the team.

Requirements:

*Strong technical ability with PowerBI

*Able to lead a team

*Able to connect strategy with tangible deliveries

*Deep understanding of data analytics

*Maintain excellent working relationships

*Working independently
