I am working with a client in Nottingham who require a 1st line analyst to work on the service desk providing support to a high volume of users. This is on a very fast pace, high volume service desk where by it is crucial for anyone interested in the role to be determine and focused.
You will be responsible for; -Being first point of contact for information services. -Logging and handling incidents -Answering requests and queries using the software tools provided. -Troubleshooting problems for resolutions
Skills and Experience -Proficiency in the task of Service Desk/1st Line Support -Microsoft Office products -Knowledge of ITIL -2 years' experience in a similar role -Service management employees within the business.
