A passionate Technical Writer sought to work with a well known Technology business. You will create technical course content and supporting materials for technical support engineers using a wide variety of delivery methods. Courses will be on enterprise server, solution and storage associated software. Client DetailsEnterprise IT Solutions provider with a rich history of providing IT services to a global client base. Courses will be on enterprise server, solution and storage associated software.DescriptionDeveloping technical training collateral for global training providers, professional services consultants, or technical support according to individuals objectives.

Delivering training sessions, webinars workshops in a group or individually.Manage, implement, drive, and track projects in a deadline driven environment.Work with project managers, subject matter experts, product development, and vendors.Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids). ProfilePrior experience of Technical Writing and Technical Training (classroom and lab)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experienced in developing technical training collateral for global training providers, professional services consultants, or technical support according to individuals objectives.Previously delivered training sessions, webinars workshops in a group or individually.Preferable skillsOperating System Administration/Support knowledge

Cloud Solution Administration/Support experience

Enterprise Storage Administration/Support awareness

Networking Administration/Support experience
