The Project Support Officer (PSO) works within the Project Management Office (PMO) reporting to the PMO Manager. The role provides general project management services to various project teams managing a portfolio of projects (assigned projects) across multiple geographical locations. The PMO Manager will assign the PSO to directly support projects on a matrix allocation basis or to provide support within the Resourcing and Reporting area of the PMO.

*Provide project management support to assigned projects.

*Establish and maintain key documents for assigned projects e.g. Project Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, Risk Register, Issues Log, Correspondence Log etc.

*Create, maintain and provide all assigned project documentation, configuration and document security control including maintenance of the Master Record Index.

*Create, maintain and provide the Quality Management System (QMS) templates for project documentation, reports and processes.

*Create, maintain and provide assigned project and PMO metrics.

*Ensure that documents, reports and presentations produced reflect the appropriate security protective markings and are handled utilising current Customers security policies.

*Assist procurement in the use of resource framework agreements to secure contract resource as required by the assigned projects.

*Create, maintain and provide reports to the delivery teams and senior management as required, ensuring that Customers reporting is conducted so as to meet contracted or defined reporting requirements and submission dates.

*Create, maintain and provide financial tracking of assigned projects (including preparation of monthly Financial Status Reports).

*Monitor and report on assigned Project Key Performance Indicators.

*Create, maintain and provide documents, reports and presentations for the assigned projects to the appropriate configuration control processes.

*Ensure that all assigned projects' data within your responsibility is accurately entered and maintained in the Management Information System (MIS).

*Provide timely and accurate updating of the Project Management Information System.

*Provide Risk Coordinator services to the assigned projects.

*Provide assurance services to the delivery teams as directed by the PMO Manager.
