Spring Technology is currently looking for an experienced Change and Release Lead. This is a 6 Month initial contract based in Staffordshire.

DAY TO DAY ACTIVITY:

oEnsure the seamless execution of all change and release activities including that of the companyinternal teams as well as 3rd party service providers

oCoordinating the day to day change and release activities

oEnsures all change and release are implemented against SLA commitments.

oMonitors compliance of existing change & releases; ensuring the correct validation and approval process is followed.

oActs as a point of reference for questions, queries and suggestions relating to current or planned change, release and environments activity.

oMaintains the on-going integrity of the release.

oHighlights any change and release management scheduling conflicts and deviations according to established practices.

oAble to critically analyse business situations, plan, resolve problems and seek to continually improve performance through continual learning and adjustment

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

?3-5 years' experience in the management of change and release processes and procedures

?ITIL v3 with a good understanding of how to use these tools and techniques

?Experience of working with internal IT teams as well as 3rd Party vendors.

?Experience of modern ITSM tools
