This Microsoft Cloud Specialist has an excellent opportunity has arisen to join their Software Support team Lead working on complex projects across a variety of products and technologies.
What are they looking for?
This is a highly technical position so you will need a degree in IT, computing science or a technology-related subject.
The successful candidate will:
- 4+ years' experience in IT (Software/Application Support Team Lead role)
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to take responsibility for the Support Desk Team
- Be highly motivated, pro-active, flexible and adaptable
- Ability to manage SLA's, Tickets and Client Support Contracts
- Have strong communications skills (written and verbal)
- Have good problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of object oriented programming
Skills Required:
- C# (or Java)
- JavaScript
- HTML,CSS
- SharePoint On-Prem/Online Administration
Skills Desirable:
- jQuery
- TypeScript
- SQL
- ITIL or Service Desk Process experience
- Freshdesk Service Desk Ticketing System
