Senior Scrum Master

A new opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join a well-known, hugely successful, global FTSE 100 organisation based in Luton, Bedfordshire! This role comes at an exciting time of growth in line with the launch of new and exciting company initiatives and movement into Agile.The successful Senior Scrum master will be an extremely experienced Scrum Master (with a relevant qualification) working to implement and improve all agile processes. You should boast experience implementing cultural changes, organisational design, training methodologies and worked with 3rd party suppliers, with solid experience bringing a business from waterfall through to agile.The successful Senior Scrum Master will have extensive experience working with multiple offshore engineering teams, and a great knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). You will have worked as a dedicated Scrum Master and be committed to a pure scrum role.

Key skills required for the Scrum Master:Excellent Agile and Scrum process knowledgeExtensive experience as a Scrum MasterThe ability to plan and run consecutive sprintsKnowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Experience working with multiple offshore engineering teams is essential Good knowledge of the product and engineering processes and working closely with themThis is an excellent opportunity for a Scrum Master to make a real impact on an established and innovative company with huge scale to grow!Scrum Master - Agile, Scrum, processes, sprints, teams, SDLC, software development lifecycle, engineering, SDLC, software development lifecycle

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 (depending on experience) + benefits + 20% bonus
