RF/Analog Design Engineer - Switzerland

A leading supplier of Semiconductor solutions for a variety of markets is looking for an RF/Analog IC Designer to join their design team in the development of low-power wireless solutions and communicate with team members at international sites.

In your position as RF/Analog IC Designer you will contribute to the architecture and design of new wireless blocks and systems including ADC's, DAC's, Filters, LNA's, PA's, VCO's, PLL's, op-amp's and bandgaps. Your responsibilities will include the design, implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of transistor level schematics of RF and Analog blocks. You will communicate with project teams about status, to resolve issues as well as technical problems. Further you will be involved in bench evaluation of silicon designs and AMS simulation of complex blocks and systems as well as develop test plans and support test engineering for IC qualification, final test and product release and support layout and physical verification of design.

As the successful RF /Analog IC Designer you have very good understanding of transistor level CMOS design including the design of ideally all of the following: ADC's, DAC's, Filters, LNA's, PA's, VCO's, PLL's, op-amp's and bandgaps. You are familiar with a simulator environment, ideally Cadence and have excellent analytical and debugging skills and the ability to proactively solve issues.
