*Continuous management and improvement of existing and incoming NPI processes

*Lead strategies to assess new machining technologies

*Time and project management during the manufacturing process

*Provide technical support to a small team of engineersThe Person:

*NPI/ Development Manager

*Have a precision engineering/ mechanical engineering background

*Working knowledge of CAD CAM

*Manufacturing/ Development Engineer also considered
