Do you want a diverse role developing bespoke technology for lucrative and exciting industries?Established 70 years ago this company specialise in the design and manufacture of bespoke equipment for applications within lucrative industries. This highly acclaimed industry leader now require an Electrical Design Engineer to assist in the Research and Development of new and existing products maximising expansion plans.In this role you will need to be creative; undertaking design projects through to manufacture optimising Electrical systems and prototypes for hydraulic control systems. Other duties will include producing detailed schematics and component enclosures, fault finding within existing products and troubleshooting customer queries.The ideal candidate will be an Electrical Design Engineer who has undertaken design projects of electrical components through to implementation. You will be a creative individual that enjoys thinking outside the box but also with an eye for detail and the ability to problem solve promptly prototype and manufacture issues. You must also be willing to occasionally provide offsite support overseeing installation of manufactured prototypes in the field.The Role:*Designing Electrical Components for hydraulic control systems.

*Design of Safety systems and electrical equipment enclosures.

*Responsible for drawing Electrical Schematics

*Occasional travel worldwide overseeing installation of manufactured prototypes

*Electrical Research and Development experience.

*Experience of 2D/3D Design packages producing detailed schematics

*Experience developing Relay circuits, safety circuits, and 3 phase motors

*PLC Programming Knowledge
