IT Technician- INSIDE IR35- ENHANCED DBS CHECK REQUIREDOur client based in West London are recruiting for an ICT Technician. The successful applicant will be required to carry out the following duties:-PC trouble shooting corrupted windows & application fixing & replacing hardware components-Setting up mobile devices and trouble shoot Samsung - IPhone & tablets-Setting up video conferencing for users and customers to use-Active Directory password reset group policy users creating extending deleting accounts adding & removing members to distribution list-Assignment project mailbox migrations & migrations to office 365 from exchange-PC laptop network configuring such as IP ping working with other command protocolExchange email sever 2016 - outlook adding & disable users to email accounts create shared mailbox given them access-Provide excellent customer service support to all users & meeting the needs-Trouble shoot printers & docking stations and installing-Giving access to local folders G drive S drive & files-Remote access Citrix VNC TeamViewer-VPN connectivity reset VPN password adding users on VPN-Intune company portal training users & install application-Network security Proofpoint scanning internal emails-Setup polycom handset giving out extension numbers to users-Intune company portal training users & install application-Exchange email sever 2016 - outlook adding & disable users to email accounts create shared mailbox given them access-Setup & trouble shoot WebEx Skye for business video calling
