About the role As an architect with Avanade, you will help our clients realize the full potential of their Office 365 investments while meeting their business needs. You will mostly work onsite with clients in a leading role as part of a project team. About you As an Office 365 Architect in Avanade you will collaborate actively in our agile projects, both as a scrum master and as a participant. You will lead the client discussions designing how their business needs can be implemented in Office 365 and associated services. You are an active part of the sales process with innovative solutions and you work in all phases of an implementation (from analysis to post deployment support). You partner with multi-functional technology teams to integrate solutions and you are a role model and lead our onshore and offshore teams. Your skills and experience include: You have a relevant bachelor's or master's degree 5+ years of experience in designing collaboration solutions on the Microsoft Office 365 platform A background in development and potentially infrastructure, allowing you to connect the dots between the business, developers and infrastructure Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Flow and PowerApps Life cycle management, governance and QA processes in Office 365 Modern web front-end technologies including SPFx, TypeScript, JavaScript and React C#, REST Services, integration, security and Microsoft Graph Azure platform and PowerShell Agile / Scrum, Automated testing and Design Patterns Team lead roles with both onshore and offshore teamsWe'd love it if you:
Enjoy working in teams and have excellent written and oral/presentation skills in English. You are interested in growing your own technology and architect skills and you keep yourself updated on the latest changes and potential impact, while advising our clients and colleagues about the latest functionality and roadmap for the Office 365 platform. We'd love also if you are comfortable and experienced with presenting for both technical and non-technical audiences, knowing how to adapt the message to the target audience.
