As a team we play a crucial role for the bank to stay in control by setting the standard, managing change and safeguarding the control models across a wide variety of banking processes and products. Your role will be spread across all these activities, making it a perfect fit for someone who likes to be active in a multidisciplinary environment. You will be challenged on day to day issues that come to light out of the recon execution which require proper analysis and coordination of multiple stakeholders to get it solved. You will participate in epics that impact existing recons in order to keep them fit for purpose.
